The packaging, shipment rates, delivery time, tracking or the artwork itself is the responsibility of the artist/vendor himself only and Artancy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

If you received your order damaged, or want to return the artwork/product for any other reason please contact the relevant artist/vendor directly.
